Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect the willingness and behavior of elderly Chinese users to use digital art museums and related new technologies, by combining the UTAUT2 model and the TRI model, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the future development and optimization of digital art museums. The research results demonstrate that higher performance expectations, effort expectations, hedonic motivation, price value, and social influence can positively enhance user willingness to use, ultimately affecting usage behavior. And the facilitating factors can directly and positively affect the user's willingness and behavior to use. On the contrary, higher levels of discomfort and lack of security can have a negative impact on the user's willingness to use, affecting their usage behavior.
