Abstract
The article updates the problem of the need for highly qualified technicians and workers, without solving which it is impossible to further develop both the high-tech enterprises of the country in general and the regional economy in particular. This is confirmed by the analysis of the need for specialists. The article discusses the problem of preparing future technicians and highly qualified workers for a demonstration exam using dual training technologies in secondary vocational education. The purpose of the article is to identify and test a set of dual training technologies that contribute to effective preparation and successful passing of a demonstration exam, which provides simulation of real production conditions for technicians and highly qualified workers. The methodology for organizing training consists of implementing professional modules in in-demand specialties on the territory of a partner enterprise with a schedule of individual training at the college. Using the method of pedagogical experiment, the developed proposals were tested and their effectiveness was tested using the example of training students of the specialty 02/15/08 Mechanical Engineering Technology in the competencies “Milling work on CNC machines” and “Turning work on CNC machines.” Based on the results of the experimental work, the conclusion is made about the positive dynamics of completing the tasks of the demonstration exam in the experimental group, which meet the requirements of employers of partner enterprises in the real sector of the economy.
