Abstract

Education is a key aspect in developing individual and societal potential. One important factor that influences the quality of learning is regular supervision. This article aims to describe the efforts used to increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom through the implementation of regular supervision. The method used in this paper is a literature study to collect data related to the implementation of periodic supervision in the learning environment. The results of the discussion in this paper show that the integration of regular supervision as an integral part of the learning process can have a positive impact on the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. The discussion in this article can also provide practical guidance for educational practitioners, school principals, and related parties in increasing the effectiveness of learning in the classroom through the implementation of periodic supervision on an ongoing basis.
