Abstract

This research explores the key role of professional teachers in presenting the Independent Learning Curriculum in educational environments. The main focus involves teachers' in-depth understanding of the principles of the new curriculum, the ability to design appropriate learning, adaptability to student needs, application of educational technology, and effective collaboration and communication skills. The results of this paper provide insight into how professional teachers can be a driving force for success in implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, creating a dynamic learning environment and meeting the demands of contemporary education. The implications of this paper can provide a basis for the development of better teacher training programs and educational policy strategies that support the full success of the Independent Learning Curriculum initiative.
