Abstract
UNU Monitor is a quarterly review of the United Nations University's current research, publications and forthcoming projects in the area of global environmental change. This issue's Monitor focuses on a major new UNU project, ‘Population Growth, Land Transformation and Environmental Change (PLEC)’.
