To work in the territories, it is necessary to know them, describe them, find their way and count on the participation of the different actors from a holistic perspective, considering the different scales, hierarchized and in interaction. This research aims to provide a conceptual model for the approach to territorial planning by articulating the categories of territorial intelligence and territorial profile. Although the villages of the province of Cordoba (Argentina) are considered as study units, the model can be applied to other territories with divergent characteristics.
