Abstract
To be able to perform efficient Business Process Management, it is fundamental to have an Information System (IS) offering a good Quality of Service. For this, it is necessary to manage the IS, taking into account heavy constraints imposed by a very dynamic context, due to quick economic changes. An IS management system based on the mobile agent paradigm is described in this paper. It is capable of dealing with constraints imposed by the environment, which enables to collect useful information concerning enterprise Business Processes, which is a fundamental step toward their optimisation and their integration inside the organisation.
