Three Dimensional Linkage: A Study on the Mobile Learning Model of Normal College Students in Local Colleges and Universities Under the Optimization Theory

Abstract

With the popularization and enhancement of teachers' team in the information age, how to cultivate teachers who are suitable for social needs and focus on Local Normal Universities and local governments? This paper studies and analyzes three important points put forward in the outline of the national medium and long term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020 years), and gives corresponding optimization strategies.
