AbstractCompelled to creatively mark the death of his good friend, Neil Spiller has memorialised the renowned graphic designer Vaughan Oliver in an augmented reality roof garden on top of the Longhouse, the centrepiece of his long‐running ‘Communicating Vessels’ drawing series. Here, architectural theory professor at the University of Sydney Chris L Smith explores the work, ploughs its fields, and surveys its sky.
