Abstract
The article discusses the theoretical basis for testing vehicles of categories N3 in real driving conditions using a portable (portable) system for measuring emissions of harmful substances from exhaust gases. Bench and road tests were analyzed. Based on a study carried out in accordance with regulatory documents to confirm the type of vehicle and for vehicles in operation, a procedure for selecting engines and an acceptance card, requirements and test conditions are proposed.
