Abstract
The article shows a foreign trade development trend of increasing cargo traffic to/from East, Southeast and South Asia. The need of logistics infrastructure development in favor of foreign trade transport service is shown. The role of China has been increasing. It could be considered as a key goods transit country to Vietnam, Malaysia and other countries. The essential role of the road transport in goods transportation from the Russian Federation to the countries of Southeast Asia is emphasized.
