Abstract
The article deals with issues of regulatory regulation of technical inspection, justifies the statement that there is a problem of control (supervision) by the state in the field of tanks for the transport of dangerous goods. The conclusions contain recommendations for further ways for the owners of tanks for the transport of dangerous goods, domestic manufacturers and inspection bodies of tanks and equipment for the transport of dangerous goods.
