Abstract
In the scientific world there are hundreds of professional and multidisciplinary journals and collections of scientific works. The peer-reviewed journal is aimed to a greater extent at highlighting the empirical research of scientists and practitioners dealing with the problems of phraseology. The formation of phraseological units is closely related to the history, culture, mentality, and psychology of a certain people. Confirmation of this thesis can be found in numerous domestic (V. Havrys, M. Hamzyuk, L. Kovbasyuk, O. Prorochenko, G. Prykhodko, etc.) and foreign (D. Brückner, M. Hulavska-Havkovska, B. Lazer, H. Liebsch, H.-G. Lüger & H. Bergerová, etc.) linguists.
