Abstract
Due to changes in modern society is constantly necessary to consider the impact to use and exchange of social resources, since only the effective exchange can lead to a positive effect of the formation of modern society. Research objective – to present to feature of technology to exchange of resources in society. The various directions of sociological science considering problems and equipment of separate elements of a resource exchange, yet have no uniform concept that doesn't give the chance to systematize and fruitfully to use the accumulated knowledge. Novelty of research consists in the created concept on association of the received scientific results and definition of methodology of effective impact on all diverse objects of social management. As a conclusion, it is necessary to tell that social resources make a basis of all system of resources since only development of social resources will lead to development and improvement of other types of resources – material, financial, information and so on. Investments into the person, into the development of its potential, into the creation of the human capital is the most favorable type of investments, but to estimate quantitatively efficiency of such investments quite difficult.
