Abstract

Privatization, demonopolization, and agrarian reform-these three sore points in the current stage of Russia's economic reform were the subject of a discussion at the editorial offices of MEMO in June 1992. Professor G.G. Diligenskii, the journal's editor-in-chief, talks with N.G. Obushenkov, Candidate of Economic Sciences, head research associate, MEMO RAN, a famous economist and agricultural specialist who is directly involved in drafting official programs, projects, and other reform documents.
