Abstract

Abstract The editorial board of the journal Rabochii klass i sovremennyi mir, together with the editorial board of the newspaper Moskovskie novosti [Moscow News], conducted a roundtable discussion on the theoretical and practical problems of political reform, and the evolution of a new political system in the Soviet Union.
