Abstract
A discussion devoted to the analysis of the conception, course, and results of economic reforms in Russia was held in the Market Economy Theory Laboratory at the Institute of Market Problems, Russian Academy of Sciences. The participants were V.L. Per-lamutrov, doctor of economic sciences (head of laboratory); L.P. Evstigneeva, doctor of economic sciences; L.E. Sokolovskii, candidate of economic sciences; L.E. Troparevskaia, candidate of economic sciences; S.V. Solov'eva, candidate of economic sciences; and research associates: A.P. Berezovskii, L.I. Volgina, and T.I. Volodina. The materials of the discussion, which are of unquestionable interest to the scientific community, are published below.
