The Summary and Research on Nuclear Island Construction and Erection Cost Management of AP1000 Nuclear Power Plant Project

Abstract

With the smooth construction of Zhejiang Sanmen AP1000 nuclear power plants, the follow-up AP1000 nuclear power plants will be built massively. It does make sense to analyze and summarize the site construction cost control management timely according to the AP1000 construction feature. Based on Zhejiang Sanmen self-reliance AP1000 nuclear power plant construction cost control management mode and combined with the feedback of the world’s first AP1000 project construction practice and experience, this paper summarizes the self-reliance nuclear power plant construction costs control system and proposes cost control methods during the NI construction phase based on the characteristics of the AP1000 project management. This paper is expected to play a guiding role in the construction cost control practice in the follow-up AP1000 nuclear power plants.
