Abstract
In order to avoid climate change on a global level, the development of low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice for China and the whole world. Nuclear power plants typically have high capital costs for building the plant, but low fuel costs and low carbon-emissions. Construction of nuclear power plants is the key factor and effective measures of low-carbon economic development With development of nuclear power plant, Requirement of more reasonable construction mode and more flexible operation mode for nuclear power plant is proposed. According to research data of China southern and China Eastern, Typical load demand and characteristics of receiving-end power grid is demonstrated in this paper. a prediction of trend of the receiving-end power grid is analysed. According to results of power develop plan and power grid construction plan for CSG (the China Southern power grid), Comprehensive and coordination construction and operation mode of nuclear power plant is studied for CSG. First,Construction mode of power source of CSG's end power grid is studied. With load demand analysis and actual power source construction conditions, Power development programs for the next 10 years is evaluated by balance ,carbon-emission decrease, economics and other condition. Second, typical sent-out and power supply pattern of nuclear power plant is analysed. A case of new nuclear power plant in GuangDong is proposed. Safety under power grid fault conditions is studied in simulation in different voltage grade, line Circuit number. Third, Peak-load balance of China southern end-power grid is calculated. Peak-load regulation ability of End-power grid is analysed. Suggestion for nuclear operation mode including peak-regulation is given by comparing the various types of peaking-loading shifting in technology and economic, such as peaking power construction, increase peak-load regulation of nuclear power plant and configuration of adjust user. Finally, Suggestion of coordination construction and operation mode of nuclear power plant in China Southern for power grid is presented..
