Abstract
The research aims to identify the reality of vocational oscillation and psychological hardness of female students applied in faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Babylon Governorate and to identify the nature of the correlation between vocational oscillation and psychological hardness for them. Applications in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Babylon and some female students in the departments of private colleges for the academic year 2021-2022, and the number of the research sample was (60) students, and the application of the measures of professional volatility and psychological hardness on the research sample, and the use of appropriate statistical treatments, a set of conclusions were reached, including There is an inverse relationship between professional fluctuation and psychological hardness among applied female students, students of physical education and sports sciences, and based on the results of the research, the researcher recommends a set of recommendations, including the need to develop the psychological aspects of applied female students, which has a direct impact on the extent of their professional psychological toughness, which It is reflected in their professional work, whether inside or outside the educational institution.
