Abstract
More than a year ago, the enterprises of the Eurasian Recourses Group (Eurasian Group), the Republic of Kazakhstan, launched the introduction of a production system, which we called the ERG Way. This is the way to increase the efficiency of the company and its processes, not only production, but also all related — management, processes related to purchases, repairs, financial operations. The ERG Way project is a strategic one, and the group's management has high hopes for it, expecting tangible results from its implementation, including financial ones. But the most important goal of the production system is to change the company's culture, creating conditions for employees in which they will not only work comfortably and safely, but also improve their own and the enterprises ' efficiency on a daily basis.
