Abstract

The article discusses issues related to determining the influence of the level of self-esteem of employees on their professional success in the context of modern business organizations. An analysis of domestic and foreign research on the problems of self-esteem and its relationship with performance in professional activities was carried out. The findings are presented that employees with adequate self-esteem more often demonstrate high levels of motivation and productivity, which affects their career development and professional achievements
