Abstract

In the article, the author shared useful tips on how to improve the quality of food products based on the experience of the Mareven Food Central company. To improve the quality of products at an enterprise, it is imperative to comply with all existing technical regulations, instructions and provisions, use advanced technologies and analysis methods, regularly test quality characteristics at all stages of production, always take into account the wishes of consumers, develop quality management, and also pay increased attention to attention to staff training. International and national standards in the field of quality control are indicated, including the FSSC 22000 Food Safety System / HACCP System. The expert named the trends in accordance with which the modern quality control system is developing in the FMCG industry, such as the active growth of awareness of modern consumers about the production process of goods, the widespread use of innovative technologies, accelerating globalization and the extremely high level of competition in the FMCG market. The author also identified the key groups of risks faced by food producers — physical, chemical, microbiological, as well as risks associated with allergic reactions of consumers to products.
