Abstract

Goal. To perform some problems of the housing sector of the Russian Federation and ways of their solutions. The analysis of relations of resource supply organizations and management companies of housing and communal services. The analysis of the problems associated with citizens along the line of the housing. The decision to investment in housing, as well as the issue of delimitation of operational responsibilities. Methods. We used methods of descriptive statistics, comparative analysis. Results. The paper examines the relevance of studying the problems of housing, considered the question of investment in housing, as well as additional information about the contradictions in the housing sector, and arising in consequence of the circumstances. Conclusion. Analyzed the question of delimitation of operational responsibilities for a typical resident of an apartment building. Formed response to the actual question, the proposed solution to this problem. The problems associated with citizens through the Ministry of housing and communal services, as well as problems of relations of resource supply organizations and management companies of housing and communal services.
