Abstract

It´s presented the nuclear proposal disarmament at the light of principles of natural law in International Legal Sistem of Human Rights. It relates the natural law precepts of reason and the common good with the principles of the peaceful resolution of disputes. It´s demonstrated the incongruity of the nuclear weapons argument as a mean of defense. The research is a qualitative bibliography with a doctrinal analysis of international law. It´s concluded that the sovereign´s self-defense with an atomic arsenal violates international treaties, prevents the development of the common good, and is a constant threat to the flourishing of humanity.
