Abstract
This paper analyzes the features of the behavior of the green luminescence band of diffusion layers of ZnSe:Te, in which it is dominant. As a result of a detailed study of the emission, transmission, and reflection, it is established that deep-lying levels at 0.2 eV participate in its formation. It correlates with the ionization energy of acceptor centers of singly charged zinc vacancies, whose concentration in the objects of interest can reach 1021 cm−3. The experimental data are used as a basis for calculating the Franck-Condon shift, which equals 0.08 eV for the indicated centers.
