Abstract

Objective To explore the reference value range of the serum myocardial enzymes of three age groups children and the differences between different regions. Methods The contents of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH) , creatine kinase(CK) , and creatine kinase mb(CK-MB) in peripheral venous blood of 143 healthy children were measured with rate method, and the results were statistically analyzed according to the age groups. Results ①The contents of AST, LDH,α-HBDH, CK, CK-MB in blood serum of all three age groups healthy children were higher than those of adults, and it was found that the younger the children, the higher the contents, which decreased with the increase of the children's age.②The indexes of measured values in three age groups had statistically significant difference(P<0.01=.③To compare with the children in Suzhou,it was found that the contents of LDH, CKMB in infant group(0.01>P >0.005 ,P<0.001= ,the contents of LDH,α-HBDH,CK-MB(P<0.001= ,especially CK (0.05>P>0.02) in preschool children group, and the contents of LDH,CK(0.02>P>0.01), CK-MB (P<0.001= in school group children had statistically significant differences. Conclusion The children' s myocardial enzymes values in this area should be taken into reference in the diagnosis of myocardiopathy.
