Abstract

The pyroelectric coefficient profile in SBN single crystals was calculated using the new method (Thermal Square Wave Method at single-frequency—TSWM) for determination of the pyroelectric coefficient distribution, which represents the polarization profile of ferroelectric ceramics and single crystals. It is shown that SBN crystals doping by Rh and Eu have more homogeneous pyroelectric profiles in comparison with pure SBN, that connect with decrease the electroconductivity in doping crystals.
