Abstract
This article describes the events that took place in Kazakh history as a result of a hasty and unsystematic implementation of Soviet economic reforms in Kazakhstani society in the 20-30 years of the twentieth century. The author with the help of basic materials was able to highlight that as a result of bringing Soviet peasants to a sedentary lifestyle by the Soviet government in 1928-1933. led to a massive deterioration in the demographic state of the Kazakh people, to a sharp reduction in the number of livestock and the destruction of national cultural and spiritual values.
