Abstract

Objective To study the impact of evidence-based nursing on the adherence of patients with chronic hepatitis B and it's influence on their quality of life. Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital from September 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention, while the experimental group were given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The patients of the intervention group was intervened for a month.The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by the SF-36 quality of life score.The adherence of patients, nursing satisfaction score and quality of life score of the patients of the two groups was compared. Results After intervention, the treatment adherence rate (96.4%) of the experimental group's patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.4%), which was statistically significant (P< 0.05). The quality of life score of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant (P< 0.05). The satisfaction for nursing (98.2%) of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group (80.4%), which was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The evidence-based nursing for patients with chronic hepatitis B can improve the treatment compliance of patients and their quality of life, with higher satisfaction.
