Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of nursing intervention on quality of life and mental health in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in each group,the control group were given conventional care,the observation group were given psychology and life care intervention on the basis of the control group,the quality of life and mental health of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the emotional index,life satisfaction and health indices in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (t =6.37,5.23,10.34,P <0.05).The interpersonal sensitivity,fear,anxiety,obsessivecompulsive in the observation group decreased significantly than the control group (x2 =37.31,16.36,22.54,10.50,P <0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the quality of life during hospitalization,and improve the mental health of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
