Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare a psychological program and measure psychological energy mobilization for football players and to identify the degree of psychological energy mobilization among youth football players, and to identify the differences between psychological energy mobilization among young football players, and the researchers followed the experimental research approach by designing the group and the experimental on A sample of youth football club players in youth football was chosen from the community of origin of (175) players, so that the number of the main sample was (23) players, with a percentage of (30.66%) from their community of origin, which represents the football league players in Salah al-Din Governorate for the sports season (2019/ 2020), as the researchers decided to identify topics for the psychological training program sessions and to choose and determine the measure of psychological energy mobilization for football players, and the number of psychological training sessions was (14) sessions, and the sessions were held on (Monday and Thursday) at (3) pm. The researchers processed the results of the study with the (SPSS) program, and the researchers concluded that the application of the psychological training program helps to improve the effectiveness of psychological energy mobilization, and the researchers recommended that it is necessary to apply the psychological training program helps to improve the effectiveness of psychological energy among football players, which makes them progress at a positive level. To raise the psychological energy and improve performance of those who do not train with this program, as the application of the training program is based on improving the skills and performance in exercises and competitions of football players to outperform them over those who do not train without it, and it is necessary for football clubs to take care of developing the trainers’ expertise in preparing Psychological training programs to change the curve of development in performance based on the results of this study, and the necessity of rationing and distributing training sessions in proportion to the age, gender and level of the players when training them with psychological programs
