Abstract

The aim of the research is to prepare a psychological program and measure psychological stress for football players, to identify the degree of stress among young football players, and to identify the differences between the tribal and remote tests to reduce stress among young football players, and the researchers adopted the experimental research method by designing the experimental group on A sample of the players of the Youth Football League Youth Club of (175) players, so the number of the main sample is (23) players, with a percentage of (30.666%) from their community of origin, which represents the football league players in Salah al-Din Governorate for the sports season (2019/2020), as The researchers determined topics for the sessions of the psychological training program for research, and this program was applied at a rate of two sessions per week, and the duration of each training session was (40-45) minutes, and the number of psychological training sessions was (14) sessions, and the researchers processed the results of the study with the (SPSS) program, and concluded The researchers found that the application of the psychological training program helps in decreasing the level of psychological stress surrounding the players, which leads to an improvement in the sports performance of football players, and they progress in the level of those who train without it. The researchers recommended that it is necessary to implement the psychological training program to relieve the psychological pressures of football players and work to remove the players from the pressures surrounding them, making them progress at the positive level of the program.
