Abstract
This research looks at the influence of Work Environment, and Quality of Work Life on the Work Productivity of Generation Z, with Mental Health as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study is to understand how the work environment and quality of work life affect work productivity in Generation Z, as well as the extent to which mental health plays a role as a mediating variable in the relationship.The population for this study consisted of Generation Z individuals who had worked in any field throughout Indonesia. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as a method to analyze data. The research examines the significant relationship between work environment, quality of work life, work productivity, and mental health by creating a new model to illustrate the connections between these variables. The result show that improving the work environment and quality of work life can increase the productivity of Generation Z, especially if their mental health is well maintained.This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the factors that affect work productivity in the context of the work environment, and the quality of work life, as well as providing recommendations for workers to pay more attention to mental health.
