Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of perioperative psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion and treatment compliance of patients with aortic dissection. Methods A total of 69 patients with aortic dissection treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from June of 2016 to May of 2017 were randomly divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A received routine nursing, while patients in group B received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. HAMD and HRSD scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. The rate of good treatment compliance of the two groups was calculated. The nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared. Results HAMD and HRSD scores of patients in group B were lower than those in group A after nursing (P<0.05). The good rate of treatment compliance in group B (77.12%) was higher than that in group A (44.12%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of group A was (77.63±5.58) scores, and that of group B was (90.01±4.97) scores. The nursing satisfaction score of group A was lower than that of group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
