Abstract
目的 探讨免疫球蛋白重链(IgH)及T细胞受体γ(TCRγ)基因重排在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,NHL)临床诊断中的应用.方法用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术对58例B细胞淋巴瘤(B-NHL)、15例T细胞淋巴瘤(T-NHL)、不能确诊为NHL的标本5例及10例良性淋巴组织增生标本进行IgH及TCRγ基因重排的检测.结果 58例B细胞淋巴瘤标本中有IgH基因重排为47例,有3例TCRγ基因重排.15例T细胞淋巴瘤中TCRγ基因重排为11例,未见有IgH基因重排.5例未确诊的疑难病例均为IgH基因重排.10例良性淋巴组织反应性增生病例中,IgH及TCRγ基因重排均为阴性.IgH及TCRγ基因重排检出率在淋巴瘤组与良性组之间,差异有显著意义(P＜0.05).结论用PCR方法检测IgH及TCRγ基因重排对NHL及其疑难病例有重要的诊断价值。
