Abstract
The need for accurate time and frequency signals arises in various production and economic sectors of activity. Depending on specific goals, the level of accuracy may be in the range from 10-9 to 1 s. The activity of any large industrial complex directly depends on the coordinated work of all its structures and units, therefore, to ensure the sustainable and reliable functioning of various technological and information processes, it is necessary to solve the problem of frequency and temporal synchronization. The specified task is especially relevant in the information transmission systems, data processing and measuring systems, as well as in the chronometing systems of events, electronic document management and chassis of objects. Due to the indicated features, this article proposes a conceptual model of the complex synchronization system and delivery of the time scale for a large distributed technological purpose system. The formed model takes into account the existing technologies for the formation, storage and delivery of synchronization signals and the One time, modern and promising consumer requirements, as well as the impact of destabilizing factors of various nature.
