Abstract
Objective To study the effects of J Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion.Methoda 100 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were divided into 2groups randomly:group A for single propofol intravenous anaesthetizing,and group B for tramadol compound propofol intravenous anaesthetizing.Results Compared with group A.Total quantity of propofol and for oxygen quantity in group B decreased significantly(P<0.05).The extremity moves specially Ⅲ level andⅣ level and ache grading of VAS decreased significantly in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion can reduce amount of propofol and the complication,enhances the effects of painless artificial abortion.
