Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment effect of candesartan capsule in the treatment of hypertension, and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of hypertension patients. Methods 133 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 64 cases in the control group were given captopril, 69 cases in observation group were given candesartan capsule on the basis of the control group. The treatment outcome after a period of treatment, the average treatment effect and adverse reaction of SBP and DBP were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.55% (68/69), which was significantly higher than 90.62%(58/64) of the control group(χ2= 6.22,P 0.05). Conclusion Candesartan capsule in the treatment of hypertension has good antihypertensive effect, and has no adverse reaction of antihypertensive drugs.
