The clinical analysis of laparoscopy comnined with hysterocopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction.Methods 98 tubal obstruction infertility patients diagnosed by hysterosalpinography was selected,which had no operation tabu symptoms clinical hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Results Preoperatively and 98 patients,no case of patency of fallopian tube obstruction rate was 75 ％ ; performed by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of fallopian tube obstruction after,tubal patency rate was 72％,blocking rate was 5％ ;preoperative tubal patency rate was significantly lower postoperative fallopian tube patency rate,the difference was statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction has accurate diagnosis,treatment,and can simultaneously treat the uterus and pelvic lesions,because it is minimally invasive operation on abdomen,traumatic,and beneficial to the fallopian tube dredging,patients can obviously improve the pregnancy rate,which is one of the best ways for diagnosis and treatment of female infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction and has good clinical application value,so it is valuable in clinical promotion.
