Abstract
Objective To discuss the feasibility,safety,and availability of TBNA by CT-guided to peripheral type carcinoma of lung its' diameter≤30 mm.Methods There are 87 patients clinic diagonosed peripheral type carcinoma of lung by CT scan from May 2005 to November 2008.We proceed TBNA by CT-guided.Results There are 81 patients are diagnosed lung cancer.The percent is 93.1%(81/87).Primary lungcancer in 76(adenocarcinoma in 36,small cell carcinoma in 29,squamous cell carcinoma in 11).pulmonary metastasis by carcinoma of colon in 2,pulmonary metastasis by chorionic epithelioma in 2,pulmonary metastasis by acinous cell carcinoma of parotid gland in 1.The other 6 patients are validated by postoperative pathology result,adenocarcinoma in 4,small cell carcinoma in 1,squamous cell carcinoma in 1.Results It is a simple,safety,economical,and effective method.It should be a routine method to peripheral type carcinoma of lung.
