Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of the article is to fi nd out the peculiarities of the organization of anticipatory management of the micrologistics system. To achieve the goal, the following tasks have been set: to fi nd out the target orientation of anticipatory management of the micrologistics system; consider the structural elements of anticipatory management of the micrologistics system technology; to investigate the organization model of the information support subsystem of anticipatory management of the micrologistics system. It is noted that the target orientation of the anticipatory management of the micrologistics system is a preventive response to anticipate the consequences of the impact of unexpected events, both crisis and developmentstimulating, in order to gain competitive advantages and form a strategic position that should ensure long-term viability under the conditions of sustainable development of the micrologistics system. The technology and model of information support for anticipatory management of the micrologistics system are proposed. It has been proven that in conditions where the single fl ow process of moving materials and information through the chain from the producer to the consumer should be aimed at ensuring a strategic position that should lead to long-term viability under the conditions of sustainable development, the model of anticipatory management of the micrologistics system should integrate a management mechanism capable of to identify in advance the potential phenomena of the internal and external environment of the logistics sphere of the enterprise on the basis of a polyvector study of weak signals and to develop, on this basis, an anticipatory scenario that refl ects a set of probabilistic alternative trajectories of the development of possible events and a set of measures adequate to them, with the aim of making reasonable managerial decisions in anticipation of possible threats to a linearly ordered set of participants in the logistics process, who carry out logistics operations to bring the external material fl ow from one logistics system to another according to production consumption conditions. It was concluded that by studying the problems of goal orientation, technological support, tools and information support of anticipatory management of the micrologistics system in the future, it is necessary to: identify the specifi cs of the main stages and reveal the main regularities of the genesis of anticipatory management in the logistics sphere of entrepreneurship; to clarify the completeness of the instrumental provision of anticipatory management of the logistics system, which covers the logistics sphere of the enterprise; to develop a technology for modelling probable trajectories of the development of signals of the environment of the functioning of the micrologistic system and meaningful interpretation of the elements of the information fl ow (signals from the formed rating of the selected signals according to their entropy level) in the anticipatory management information support subsystem; to develop a methodology for evaluating eff ectiveness and to develop specifi c recommendations for increasing the eff ectiveness of measures of anticipatory direction in the logistics sphere of the enterprise.
