Abstract
The rapid development of professional degree graduates education has put forward higher requirements of its quality.The current thesis lays special stress on training program,teacher team and training bases combined with the conditions and orientation of running a university.In order to protect local university professional degree graduate training quality,it is necessary to master the different characteristics between the professional degree and academic degree graduate education,to reveal the discrimination of cultivation plan; to determine responsibilities of outside school teachers; to establish a combined mechanism between outside school teachers and intramural ones; to clear appropriate selection conditions,to adopt flexible construction mode,and strive to maintain stable operation.
