Abstract

The combination of the training of postgraduate students in clinical medicine and the standardized training of resident doctors can avoid the waste of educational resources and the repeated training of post-graduation education, so that educational resources can be fully utilized and have certain advantages. However, there are still some problems in the process of training the graduate students of clinical medical master's degree and the standardized training of resident doctors, such as insufficient training of scientific research ability and lack of effective methods and standards for rotation examination. It is recommended to adopt some strategies to improve the quality of postgraduate training in clinical medicine, such as clarifying the training objectives and strengthening the scientific research training for professional degree graduates setting up professional degree graduate courses and selecting appropriate teaching methods; establishing a reasonable professional graduate degree assessment method and Standard; perfecting quality guarantee system for professional degree graduate training process.
