Abstract

Ideological education of postgraduates has been an important constituent part of postgraduate education. The tutor as the first responsible person of postgraduates plays an important role in ideological education work. This study analyzes unique status and important significance of the tutor in ideological education of postgraduates, and indicates that giving full play to educational function of the tutor has very important realistic significance for improving postgraduate training quality and enhancing ideological and political education of postgraduates.
