Abstract

The paper reports the results of study of the hydrodynamic properties by velocity sedimentation and diffusion of conjugates of the protein streptokinase with a hydrophilic linear copolymer based on N-vinylpyrrolidone as a function of different ratios of the components in the reaction medium and also on the MW of the polymer-modifier. The authors apply to systems of the protein-polymer type the approach used to study the structure of synthetic graft copolymers consisting in comparative investigation of the molecular parameters of the end product (graft-polymer) and the components constituting it.
