Abstract

Agility in sports can be improved through the design of a training program that develops all components of the plan in addition to the agility that suits those games. to me: 1. Preparing a training curriculum for special agility exercises for football players under the age of 18. 2. Identifying the effect of special agility exercises on the performance of some basic offensive skills in basketball for players under 18 years of age . The researcher used the experimental method on a sample of basketball players under the age of 18, who numbered (12) players representing the Electricity Sports Club, and after completing the application of the program, the data were collected and processed statistically, and the following conclusions were reached: 1. The types of exercises used for special agility in the training curriculum had a clear and significant impact on developing the performance of some basic skills in basketball for players under 18 years of age. 2. The types of exercises used for special agility in the training curriculum had a clear and significant impact on developing the skill of plumping basketball players under the age of 18 years. 3. The types of exercises used for special agility in the training curriculum had a clear and significant impact on developing the shooting skill of basketball players under the age of 18 years. 4. The types of exercises used for special agility in the training curriculum had a clear and significant impact on developing the handling skill of basketball players under 18 years of age
