Abstract

The period encompassing the second half of the 1950s through the early 1990s was characterized by unstable tendencies in the sociopolitical and socioeconomic life of our country. Peaks of upsurge alternated with periods of slowdown and crisis, having different effects on the professional activities of teachers, stimulating or hampering their creative involvement, initiative, and scientific research.
