Abstract
Goal. To analyse changes in the number of mobile phones; the availability of apartment telephones on the public network per 1,000 people of urban and rural population; the volume of services per capita; in the regions of the Russian Federation in different years. To identify features of change in these indicators on the subjects, FO and different forms of national-territorial and administrative-territorial division of the country. Methods. We used methods of descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, analysis groups. Results. Built grouping of subjects of the Russian Federation on the above indicators in the regions of the Russian Federation in 2005 and 2014 (tables 4 copyright). Identified trends in their changes, is analyzed. Explored the differences and peculiarities of distribution of indicators for FD, and all forms of national - territorial and administrative-territorial division (16 more tables). Conclusion. Using the methods of descriptive statistics, comparative analysis, analytical groups have demonstrated their great capabilities for evaluation and analysis of the dynamics of changes in individual characteristics of communication services in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, FO and different national-territorial and administrative-territorial formations. Based on these methods, we studied the place of each subject, FO that all national-territorial and administrative-territorial units as in the years and in relation to each other. Made appropriate recommendations.
