Abstract

The author presents several overlappings of Translation Studies with some sociological specialities and perspectives related to the object of study and the theorical tools employed: the concepts of norm, deviation, the symbolic borders, and different post-structuralist approaches. Taking the analysis of these and the other elements mentioned as its starting point, the possibility of taking into account the existence of an interdisciplinary nodule is discussed.
